Warranty

Planterworx strives to achieve the highest level of service in our industry. Our goal is to provide our customers with the best possible customer experience. You can expect nothing but the best in quality and service. 

All Planterworx Contract, XP, Sentry and Site products carry a 3 year limited warranty against defects in material and quality of workmanship, provided recommended cleaning and maintenance are performed. All warranties are in effect from the original date of purchase. 

All warranties are provided to the original purchaser and is non transferable. Proper documentation including the original invoice will be required on all warranty claims. 

As each claim may be different, it will be at the manufacturers discretion to either fix the existing defective product, replace the existing defective product or offer a full refund on the product less any freight fees. 

All products are designed for the specific use as they are intended, any unsanctioned use or modification to the manufacture or modification of the finish will automatically void any existing warranties. 

Warranties will be considered null and void in case of neglect, misuse or intentional destructive use of our products.
